Lots going on… including work and art.  I stopped by the Circle City Aerodrome’s show and bought Cecil a dapper new hat.  I’ve also started along the path of being a real “professional”  I’ve designed a banner for my table at the INDYpendent Show (still looking for funding for their Kickstarter-  C’mon Minions help him out!) and the Indy Pop Con.  Who knows where it might lead?  I’m not sure. All I know is after this weekend I really need a discombobulator, or other cool doohickey! And goggles, definitely need goggles. One of the cool things about Steampunk is that this is one of the those crossover geek things…  Victorian themed Fantasy with knitting and embroidery.  I’ve wandered the V&A and their needlework collection so who knows, maybe I’ll get a dapper hat too!  Although I think my fezzes are still cool. Stay safe and warm… unless you are someplace not hit by the Polar Vortex,  in that case- I hate you.   Ok “hate” may be too strong of a word- instead- I really kind of dislike you- a lot.
So Cecil has started a school (in his lair).  How you may ask?  I won’t get into the politics of education, but check out your local laws, in your state it may be easier than you think.  Since I am a teacher I apologize ahead of time for any bias…  no really I do. Since I’ve been busy with work, and this 30 drawing challenge, and shoveling the driveway, the actual comic strip has suffered, but who knows which one of my doodles has sparked a story arc?  Only time will tell.
