Yes, I Do Draw a Comic Strip (Sometimes)
It looks like it might be more frequently now.
During the great Whimventure of 2025 I had the chance to chat with the publisher of PinPoint the UK Geocaching Magazine and we talked about Geocaching, London Calling and my contributing a regular strip. Once the details were worked out… Silly things like format. It was just a matter of time before a deadline would appear on the horizon. Today I submitted my first strip. We’ll see how it works, and if I need to make any technical adjustments. For the record, Cecil is “chuffed” but I think he’s happiest that I didn’t draw my character as a Dick Van Dyke style chimney sweep. I didn’t push the stereotype button too hard, they can go too far and things can get ugly.
I’m still drawing a strip for FTF Geocacher here in the United States the latest issue just arrived in my mailbox. The format is different, so I’m working out how that will work… Then again I draw to keep myself out of Arkham so this is for my mental health more than anything else.
With all this said, I am going to try to get back into the comic strip game… who knows? I might actually draw something regularly here or get my website back up and running… nah! That might be a bit much.

Wishing you well in this adventure! I have often wondered how cartoonist always seem to be able to develop subjects for their strips! May your imagination run full speed ahead!
Cracking job! Pip pip and all that!
